1. Ordering products
On www.at- Hermans.com you can only order products through our shop.
All agreements with us are written in English. You will receive a receipt for your order which typically is also our confirmation of your purchase. If we exceptionally can not meet your requirements, it will be stated in our order confirmation.
These terms will either be attached to your receipt or your receipt will include a permanent link to these terms.
If you want to get a copy of previous orders or bookings please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To purchase items from us you must go through the following 6 steps:
• Find the item you want and put them in the cart. Then press basket / checkout.
• Enter your personal information. Fields marked with * are required.
• Select shipping and payment method.
• Review our terms.
• Check that all details are correct and check the shipment and payment fees before you authorize your purchase.
• Payment is approved.
At- Hermans receives credit card / VISA-Dankort, international debit card.
The amount of your purchase is not charged on your card untill we ship the goods to you. There will never be charged a higher amount than what you have approved.
Payment is made in the SSL environment (Secure Socket Layer) and through ePay (www.epay.dk). It is your assurance that all information provided to the PBS is in a safe and enclosed environment.
At-Hermans charges no fees using Visa & Visa Dankort. By use of international debit cards charged a toll fee of 1.25% for Danish issued cards and 3.75% for foreign-issued cards.
All prices on www.at-hermans.com incl. VAT, respectively in USD & Euro depending on the language choice.
Post Denmark (unless otherwise stated) will stand for the shipping in Denmark. Timely delivery requires however that Post Denmark keeps their goal of day-to-day delivery. At Hermans can not be held responsible for delays in Post Denmark. In case of very late (several days) or outright defaulted At -Hermans will send a new delivery without charge.
Delivery to Bornholm and some small islands are not covered by Post Danmark's goal of day-to-day delivery, with shipments to these areas in some cases can last 2 days.
At- Hermans ship all over the world. In such cases, we will use UPS or FedEx. Delivery time to foreign countries varies, and therefore we can not commit to a fixed delivery time.

Delivery over 700 DKK are freight free.
Delivery abroad: 300 DDK
Our delivery time is usually 1 to 3 days from your order unless otherwise specified by the individual items.
However, we try to dispatch goods same day as the order is received.
We take reservations for obsolete items and items that are backordered.
We will NOT be held responsible for any delay and any additional costs you may suffer as a consequence of our delay in delivery to you.
When you receive the goods, it is important that you inspect the packaging for damage before signing that you have received the product. If the packaging is damaged, you can either refuse to accept the goods or note on the receipt that "package damaged".
If it turns out that the product is damaged, please contact us so we can agree to send you a new product and get the bad one returned. We have the risk of the goods until you have received it.
According to the law of Consumer Contracts you always have 14 days to return your order when you shop at At-Hermans.com. The right of withdrawal shall begin from the day you receive your goods.
You can only use your right if you send the goods back to us in the same condition and quantity as when you received them. The right of cancellation lapses if you use a product in a way which obviously reduces the sales value significantly.
When returning to us it must be in the original packaging as this is always a significant part of its value. The packaging should always be sent with return to the conditions for exercising your right is fulfilled.

You must always pay the cost of shipping back to us.
If you regret your purchase, we will pay what you have paid us back to you.
Payment is when we have received the product and make sure that you have the right to cancel your purchase. If the goods have been securely wrapped, but is broken during transport (assuming the selected transport was safe), then you also meet the requirements to get your money back.
We recover by putting money into your card. If you have paid with a bank transfer, we use information about your bank and account number to pay you money back.
When you buy from us, you have the Sale of Goods Act requires 24 month warranty. Warranty means that if the item has an original manufacturing or material defects.
You complaint about a defect within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you let us know within two months after you have discovered the defect, we will always consider your complaint timely.
You must send the item you want to complain about to us for investigation. Remember proper wrapping. Remember to write as accurately as possible what is wrong with the product.
You are welcome before sending goods to take pictures of it and send us on email@example.com.
If we agree with you that the claim is justified, we will refund you your reasonable shipping costs.

If we agree with you that the goods are defective, then you get either a new product, money back or even a discount. We can also choose to repair the item if it most worthwhile.
We use mostly two types of cookies: "session cookies" and "Persistent cookies".
Session cookies keep track of what you put into your shopping cart while you use our shop. These cookies are not stored on your computer or device, but disappear when you close your browser.
Permanent cookies remain on your computer or other device for about 1 month after you have visited us. We use these cookies to recognize your computer or other device, if you visit our shop again. We use these cookies to help optimize our shop and its functionality and to make your visit as easy as possible for you.
We also collect visit data showing how many people have visited our shop, where they come from and where in the shop they leave us. We use these data in order to optimize the shop and its functionality, including ensuring us data about where our visitors come from.
You can always delete the cookies in your browser.
If you do not want us to be able to place cookies etc. on your computer or other device, you can configure your browser to not accept cookies.
We collect only the personal information about you as you submit and which is necessary to send you the goods. It will say your name, address, phone number and e-mail.
We retain your information for a maximum of 5 years, after which the information is erased.
We do not store your customer information is encrypted and we transmit nor your customer information is encrypted.
We do not transfer your information to third parties We do not record any sensitive personal information.
You always have the right to inspect what information we have about you. Just write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will send you a printout of your information that you can edit if they are wrong or ask us to delete.
8. Modification of these terms
These terms apply to those trades in which they are adopted. Always read through our terms, as we may change them periodically without us giving notice thereof, since we assume that conditions should be read carefully before accepting them.
